A student from The London College of Fashion was putting on a fashion show for her final degree presentation.
Rhyana Dias Weerashina had created different looks after designing different articles of clothing for the LCF bespoke tailoring department.
Rhyana is very talented and knew exactly the looks she wanted when it came to hair styling.
After an initial phone call to establish what was needed, Eleni and Michaela suggested the models come to the salon, and then a bespoke plan was put into action!
A trial went ahead, which was necessary to see how each style would look with the clothing and for the day of the show.
When the day arrived, it was the hottest day of the year so far, so great care had to be taken to make sure the styles stayed in place. There were a few tweaks, and it was decided one of the models would keep her rollers in until they arrived at the venue.
It was just too hot and humid, and travelling into London could have meant a possible hair disaster!
Michaela’s model needed plaits put into messy buns on top of the head with some intricate weaving involved!
Her model’s hair looked amazing and was set tight to last all evening.
Eleni’s model also had some cane rolls and tight curls, once the rollers were taken out.
The evening was very successful, and huge congratulations to Rhyana for her stunning collection!

With regard to an earlier item of news, Richard had a lovely customer in who had her cut from long to short. The idea being she was going to donate her long hair to charity!
Her hair looked amazing and she was so happy to be able to help someone less fortunate.
