At 77 The Hill, we test all kinds of products, and for us to take any on, they have to be exceptional!
Sparkler is one of those products.
Made by Schwarzkopf, Osis Sparkler literally does makes your hair sparkle!
Good for all hair types, particularly dull, coarse and medium hair.
Applied to dry hair after styling, it gives shine, detangles, and makes the hair smooth and hold in place.
Once you’ve tried it, you will love how it makes your hair look and feel.
It smells really good, too!
Super fun training session…
As is well documented, our boss Mel, loves a training day!
We recently had the pleasure of Hannah’s company to learn yet more about balayage and all the different application processes.
It was a fun session from start to finish, and Hannah (the Milkshake educator) was super helpful, inspiring the team with different colour ways and colour placement.
There are many different ways to create balayage, and each stylist has developed their own interpretation of it.
We had two different models to work on, and our first was a whole head balayage with a root drag and money piece.
The second model had a smaller amount of lightener, and the colour was placed freehand style on the hair. This method can be less time-consuming and creates a more natural look.
Both the models loved their finished look, and we all enjoyed an afternoon of knowledge and learning.
No matter how long someone has been doing their job and they may well be at the top of their profession, it is important to understand that you can still learn more. Everyone will take a piece of knowledge away with them after a training course.
In a competitive market, it’s important to stay ahead of the game.
The same applies to any business.
