Good news!
Staff development is extremely important at 77 The Hill.
Most of the team have been with us since they were apprentices and some even before that, starting their journey working on Saturdays.
Most stylists want to be the best version of themselves and strive to work their way up the hairdressing ladder!
Richard came to the salon as a fully qualified stylist and quickly fitted in with the team. He has a great work ethic – not to mention being super talented too!
So it was just a matter of time before he was recognised for his hard work and offered a new position.
We are simply delighted that Richard has been promoted to assistant manager.
With his skills, determination and calm manner, we know he is the best person for the job!
Richard has been at 77 The Hill for a few years now and he has fitted right in!
His work ethic is second to none and his creative ability continues to grow.
Specialising in colour correction, Richard is great at barbering and also creative styling. His clients love him as he can relate to all ages and always goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable.
He is looking forward to getting started as Natalina’s assistant and we wish him all the luck in the world!
There will be a price increase to reflect Richards experience and new position.

Our graduate stylist, Eleni, has worked incredibly hard over the last year to build her clientele and gain much needed experience.
Eleni’s prices have remained at a discounted price over the last year or so however, she has proved her worth with certain services and starting in December, her blow dry’s will now be at full price to reflect this.
