For any upcoming wedding, 9 times out of 10, there will have been a huge planning operation. Although there are weddings that are organised very quickly for various reasons, of course.
For some, weddings take months or, in some cases, years of planning.
Your most important day
Weddings can be the most important day of your life. A person can know from an early age how, where and what their wedding will look like!
For a bride, a huge part of the whole event and no doubt the most important thing, is how they will look. This involves a dress, shoes, jewellery and of course a hair style.
Mostly, the dress takes the longest to choose and with a few visits to different dress shops, a bride will eventually pick the one that feels best for her and the one that gets the best reaction from the bride’s mother and bridesmaids.
From this, thoughts about how to wear her hair to enhance the dress, will lead to a wedding hair trial.
The wedding dress will influence how the hair should look…for example…an off the shoulder dress may suit a hair down look to soften the shoulders and neck. On the other hand, hair up may be the dramatic look the bride wants to achieve.
A beach wedding, may be more informal. Soft beach waves looks effortless but can actually be a lot of work to achieve the overall look!
There are many decisions to be made where hair is concerned – will you have flowers in your hair? Or accessories? Will you need some extra hair to add length or volume? Or will you need to grow out your current style, change or add colour? If the wedding venue is in a hot country, will any humidity affect your chosen style? Will there be 2 dresses? One for the day and one for the evening? Is your hair suitable for the style that you like?
