Here at 77 The Hill, we like a lot of things, but there are two in particular that we love!

Learning is one of the best things anyone can do, no matter what job they have or where they work. To elevate your knowledge keeps you ahead of the game and allows healthy competition with other workplaces and one’s peers.

It’s a power tool that can be used and shared amongst your team. It is so important to learn a new skill or enhance an existing one.

The other thing that we all love is using our skills to make people feel and look good.

We are lucky that the combination of these two things is available all of our working days, through various mediums.

Schwarzkopf Professional Academy

We get our inspiration from various sources, and this week, it came from a balayage course with Schwarzkopf Professional at their new academy in Liverpool Street.

The best professional hair lightener is Blondme by Schwarzkopf, and it is the only lightener that is used at 77 The Hill.

We have tried others, and nothing compares or even comes close.

So it made perfect sense to attend this course and learn some other methods of painting hair!

Our team are already experienced in balayage methods. However, we never like to sit on our laurels, and we fully understand the benefits of education.

Creative signature balayage is an advanced course hosted by Johnathan Turner and Sophie Gibson.

The team learnt seamless colour blending and the art of freehand painting. Perfect for stand-out balayage.
