January
Traditionally, January is a quiet time for bookings and a chance to summarise the previous year and get planning for the coming months.
Planning is essential to make good use of time and to keep up with new products and innovative ideas. No matter how much experience a stylist can have, they are always constantly learning and trying to improve.
There are exciting new products coming this year – more of which you’ll see here in the coming months. We are keeping up our training programme for the next 12 months also. Starting with a full afternoon of Schwarzkopf’s very own Arnondo Colucci. He will come to the salon and work amongst us, with models and new products. There are individual courses too, which we will share at the time.
A lovely new product to add texture to any hair style – Texture Craft. Creating texture, volume and movement, without compromising natural feel and shine. A truly excellent product!

We recently celebrated the end of what can only be described as another difficult year…
It’s always good to get together and we rarely have our Xmas do before Christmas, as it’s such a busy time of year, so it has become a bit of a tradition to hold it in the New Year. We hope you like the photos, some of which we couldn’t show!
Covid changes!
In line with government official advice, we have decided to make mask-wearing down to individual choice. They will still be available to wear in the salon if anyone prefers.
We are still using disposable gowns, towels and hand gel is always available. The salon is cleaned at the end of each day, with a deep clean carried out weekly. It feels good to be a little freer, however, we will stay on top of advice and have a good stock of all PPE should things change again.
